Quality Policy

The GulfTek Team is committed to maintain and continuously improve Quality of our Products and Services. It is the core objective of GulfTek to provide our customers with superior quality Products & Services, which meet and exceed our customer's requirements and expectations for Quality and Reliability.
In order to achieve this objective of Total Customer Satisfaction, Gulffek team shall:

• Implement and maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and API Specification QI (9th Edition) which will be monitored and continuously improved for its effectiveness.
• Provide total commitment at all levels to continuously improve our Safety & Quality by adopting best industry practices with highest level of efficiency & productivity, continuously improving our processes and reducing customer complaints.
• Embedding a culture promoting continuous learning, leveraging of people's talents and sharing of best practices across tbe organization.
• Define and implement Quality Objectives for departmental functions, that are both achievable and measurable. These objectives will be reviewed and assessed during the course of the year to ensure Quality Management System integrity.
• Review the Company Quality Policy for continual suitability at regular intervals. Any changes made will be communicated effectively so that they are understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the organization.
